Get Pre-Approved by a Lender
By providing your lender with some basic information about your income, savings, and debt, he or she can assist you in getting pre-approved for a mortgage. They will go over your financing options, what monthly payment you can afford, and what you can expect for a down payment and closing costs. Once you obtain your pre-approval, we are ready to find you the home that meets your needs!

From Offer to Closing
Once you've found the home of your dreams, we will research recent comparable sales of similar homes in the area to help determine a fair offer amount. Together we will determine the offer you're most comfortable with.
Once an offer is accepted we will work closely with you, the listing agent, your lender and the title company each step of the way.
The REALTORs on our team, in conjunction with our transaction team will carry you through the entire process to closing.
